The following documents govern the use of AfriLearn and are available at any time: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice, the Disclaimer, the Refunds and Cancellations policy, the Cookie Notice and the PAIA Manual.

Company and supplier information

Section 32(4) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 requires a company to state its registered name and registration number legibly in all its notices and official publications, including electronic publications, and in its business correspondence. Section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 requires a website supplier of goods or services to make specified information about itself available to consumers. The table below, together with the site footer and the legal documents above, provides that information.
