1. Who we are
This Cookie Notice is issued by NRS TECH VENTURES (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/588319/07, a private company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and trading as AfriLearn ("AfriLearn", "we", "us"). It explains the browser storage and similar technologies used on afrilearnai.co.za, and forms part of the Terms of Service together with the Privacy Notice.
2. What we use, and why

We set no first-party or third-party advertising, analytics, social-media or tracking cookies, and we do not use fingerprinting. If that ever changes materially, this notice will be updated and, where the law requires, consent will be requested first.
3. Third parties
Payment happens on PayFast's own pages, which operate under PayFast's own cookie and privacy practices. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers for the font files. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical request logs as described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Your choices
You can clear the site's stored data at any time through your browser's settings (usually under site data, cookies or storage). Doing so erases progress stored only on that device and signs the device out; if you have an account, signing in restores your progress, access and certificate, as described in the Privacy Notice. Blocking storage entirely will stop the course from saving progress or working offline, though public pages remain readable.
5. Changes and contact
